If there isn't any entry for Little Misfortune at that link (or any files listed under "Show Files", then the save game files are not yet uploaded to the Steam cloud. There should be an entry for the Little Misfortune game, and you can view and even download those files. You can ensure that the files have been copied to the Steam Cloud by using this link: Steam Cloud Storage. This should cause the save game files to be uploaded to the Steam Cloud. If you made any changes to (1) or (2) above, then you'll need to start up the Little Misfortune game on your computer that has the Little Misfortune game saves stored on it (the "old" computer), ensure it is connected to the Steam Client software in "online" mode, and then gracefully exit from the game again. That computer would have to be online at least one time in order for the save game files to be uploaded from that computer to the Steam cloud. It's not clear from your message if the machine you were playing the game offline with ever was put online. If I copy the save data from my userappdata in locallow it is not detected there either.
